Efficacy Of QingReYiQi Granules On Cervicitis With Mycoplasma And Effect On HBD-2 Gene Expression

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of QingReYiQi Granules on Cervicitis with Mycoplasma,effect on hBD-2 Gene Expression and hBD-2 Gene Content.Methods:120 patients with Cervicitis with Mycoplasma were divided into three groups randomly,QingReYiQi Granules group(A), Deoxycycline group(B)and A plus B group(C),to study their efficacies. By RT-PCR to study hBD-2 mRNA changes with medicine intervention or no。Results:1.After intervention,all were improved in three groups.The effective rate was 70.0%in A group,67.5%in B group,and 95.0%in C group.It was better in C group than A and B groups with significant difference (P＜0.01) meanwhile tolerable efficacy between A and B(P＞0.05).2.Human beta-defensin 2 mRNA all expressed in Cervicitis with Mycoplasma and normal palace,but former was stronger.The expression was stronger in QingReYiQi Granules group than Deoxycycline group. 3.The DNA sequence coded mature hBD-2 protein and protein sequence were similarity extensively in biosphere.It was a signal peptide with shearing site between 23 and 24 amino acid residues.In secondary structure of hBD-2,capitally a-helix in signal peptide area andβ-pleated sheet in mature peptide area and building tertiary structure model.Conclusions:QingReYiQi Granules was an effective medication for Cervicitis with Mycoplasma,and could enhance hBD-2 mRNA expression.The DNA sequence coded mature hBD-2 protein and protein sequence were similar(?) extensively in biosphere.HBD-2 was a signal peptide,withβ-pleated sheet capitally in secondary structure.
