| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Sancao Anqian Decoction and to investigate its effective mechanism Through Clinical and laboratory investigationMethods:①This is a random and controlled trial.Ninety six cases of CP were divided into three groups:Ⅱ,ⅢA,ⅢB.In each group,CP were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(Sancao QianLie Decoction) and the control group(Qian Lie Kang Tablet).The efficacy of two groups in amelioration of symptom,physical sign,White cell count and negative seroconversion of bacteria in exam of prostatic secretion(EPS) was evaluated after one-month follow-up.②Through setting up different control group,we evaluated the effects of Sancao QianLie Decoction in ease pain,antiinflammation and depress bacterium grow. Results:①White cell count of EPS and the amelioration of symptom between treatment group and control group was significant differences(p＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the negative seroconversion of bacteria(p＞0.05).②Ease pain:The experiment of mouse wriggle measure showed that Sancao QianLie Decoction can drastically ease pain(p＜0.05).③Depress bacterium grow:Sancao QianLie Decoction can drastically depressed three kinds of bacterium grow.the different between treatment group and control group was significant(p＜0.05).④Anti-inflammatory:Dramatically drpressed White cell count in EPS of rat nonbacterial prostatitis.Conclusion:Sancao Anqian Decoction has better effect of improveing symptom and anti-inflammatory.The therapeutic effect of Sancao Anqian Decoction in CP was satisfactory.
