Objective:Through the investigation of private hospital organizational culture and job satisfaction, the study indentified the relation between them and advanced the strategy to improve the private hospital organizational culture based on job satisfaction.Methods:1. Materials: A questionaire survey was carried out of health care workers in 9 private hospitals at one province. There were 270 employees accepted the survey at random all together. 262 questionaires were reclaimed and 229 questionaires were valid, the valid percent was 87.40%.2. Research Methods:①Literature analysis: Search for the domestic and foreign related literature information through Pubmed,CNKI,CBMWeB and so on.②Reliability Analysis: Analyse the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire reliability by the Cronbachαand the split-half coefficient.③Statistical Inference: Analyse the hospital organizational culture and job satisfaction level by description statistics. Infer the influence of the job satisfacion by sex, age, marriage, education experience and the rank through ANOVA and signed-rank test. Analyse the relation between the organizational culture and job satisfaction by canonical correlation anlysis.Discuss influence of the hospital organizational culture to the job satisfaction by multiple linear regression.④Snthertical Evaluation: Evaluate the private hospital organizational culture by fuzzy synthetical evaluation. Results: 1. The internal satisfacion score was 33.41±6.33, the external satisfacion score was20.67±4.87 and the common satisfacion score was 54.08±10.57.the deviation between different age and marriage state shows statistical significance.2. Among the 9 hospital, one hospital organizational culture got"A",one hospital got"C"and seven hospitals got"B". on the whole, the level of substance organizational culture was higher than the spirit culture and system culture.3. Hospital organizational culture have positive correlation with job satisfaction. The correlation coefficients of hosiptal spirit, medical moral, training works and hospital bylaw were bigger than others.4. Hospital organizational culture have statistical significance influence to job satisfaction. The hosiptal spirit, medical moral, training workers and hospital bylaw show statistical significance influence to internal and common satisfaction. The hosiptal spirit, training workers and hospital bylaw show statistical significance influence to external satisfaction.Conclusion:1. The level of job satisfaction in the private hospitals is low. The level of exteral satisfaction is lower than internal satisfaction. The staff who are younger and unmarried have less satisfaction. The rate of resignation tend is high. The private hospitals are lake of excellence and profound organizational culture2. Hospital organizational culture have statistical significance correlation with job satisfaction especially the profound organizational cultur. The different aspect of hospital culture influence job satisfaction in different extent.3. The study refers that improving the hospital culture will elevate the level of job satisfaction. So the government should enhance the private hospital culture on the policy. The private hospitals shuold establish strategy to improve their organizational based on their own culture characters .4. The study advances the strategy to improve the private hospital organizational culture based on job satisfaction through the investigation of private hospital organizational culture and job satisfaction.
