Objective:The abdominal accretion animal model is established successfully. Through detect correlated inflammation mediator, evaluate abdominal degree ranking, survey accretion organism ICAM-1 expression,we want to approach promoting blood flow and representative prescription-Xue Fu Zhu Yu prescription how to effect abdominal accretion impairment and how to educe prevention and cure mechanism,by means of explain syndrome of blood stasis and promoting blood flow. Methods:A abdominal accretion animal model is to set up and apply biochemistry, histopathology, immunohistochemistry to survey different cycle, different dosage Xue Fu Zhu Yu prescription how to influence on the abdominal accretion rat about appearance,TNF-α,,SOD,MDA,NO,accretion degree ranking, pathology Morpheus,ICAM-lexpression,PRC,FIB,and so onResults:1.Grope and complete abdominal accretion animal model, successfully, and model reproduction quality stabilization, accretion rate reach to100%.2.There is statistical significance when compare model to blank control group in all the viewing index。And no except in NO contents(P<0.01).3.Peripheral blood WBC cut down significantly in 2 weeks group and in high level dosage group in 1 week group.4.The TNF-αcontents decrease significantly not only in blood serum in high, middle level dosage group in 2 weeks group and in high level dosage group in 1 week group but also in 3 level dosage group in 2 weeks group and in high, middle level dosage group in 1 week group(P<0.05).As a whole,2 weeks group is better than 1 week group(P<0.05). 5.There is statistical significance when compare model to high, middle group in 2weeks group in SOD and MDA(P<0.05).The effect in 2weeks group surpass 1 week group(P<0.05)6.There is statistical significance in abdominal accretion ranking and accretion rate in high, middle dosage group in 2weeks group(P<0.05).Although abdominal accretion ranking lower significantly in high dosage group 1n 1week,there is no improvement in accretion rate between different level dosage group(P>0.05).7.It can improve plasma fibrous connective tissue hyperblastosis significantly in 3 dosage group in 2weeks group and in high, middle dosage group in 1week group (P<0.01).The effect is notable in 2weeks group(P<0.01).8.The results shows that ICAM-1 over-expression is controlled by 2weeks group(P<0.01).The effect is notable in 2weeks group(P<0.01)9.The results also shows that collagen fiber hyperplasia is controlled by 2weeks group(P<0.01).10.The PRC,FIB results indicate that its contents step down significantly in 2 weeks group in PRC and high, middle dosage in FIB(P<0.01).There is statistical significance in PRC in high, middle dosage in 1week group(P<0.05).As a whole,2 weeks group is better than 1week group P<0.05).Conclusion1.The promoting blood flow principle representative prescription Xue Fu Zhu Yu prescription can treat abdominal accretion effectively.Flushing dose and morning medication can slow down happening rate of abdominal abdominal caused by inflammation or trauma.2.Understand the theory syndrome of blood stasis in TCM that pathology output contain phlegmatic effusion(heightening WBC,growing correlated cell factors),growing FIB,PRC,hyperplasia collagen,ICAM-1 over expression.3.The promoting blood flow therapeutical principle and medicine in TCM finish the anti-accretion results through adjusting and interfering in correlated cell factor which has a exactions promotion in effusion process and through anti-oxidation,improving hemorrheology situation with Xue Fu Zhu Yu extraction which has multi-target and multi-path shot effect.
