Research On The Controlling Model Of The Medical Cost In Medical Insurance

It refers to medical cost as a result of health and other reasons, the spending of going to registered medical institutions, consulting, purchase of medicines, related to examination, hospitalization and other medical services and related activities. Currently, the majority of countries in the world have experienced the issue of rising medical costs, faced with the grim situation, our country adopt measures to control medical cost, but the effect is not significant. So, how to control medical costs has become a social question naturally.Then, the article carries on discussion for this as the beginning.In this paper, seven chapters divided into four parts. The first part of the first chapter, introduction. Mainly defining the background and problems which the article wants to study,the train of thought and the way which the article used, the article's structure, the material used in the article, the creativeness and defects of the article. The second part of that chapter, the theoretical basis. Introducing the economies of regulation, public choice, asymmetric information theory and so on, the first step make clear that the thought of this studying. The third part includes the third to six chapters, the core of this article. First of all, introducing that the government's controlling, the content includes its main way, advantage and defect etc; secondly pointed out the existence of the government's control flaws, the current common practice around the world is to introduce competition, managed competition. However, this method is not perfect. Therefore points out that get "third parties" involved. At the same time, the angle has carried out comparison from three patterns. The viewpoint has provided a basis to the following; finally from the perspective of game theory, pointing out that the government, the market with "third parties" to participate in controlling medical cost which is the most effective pattern. The fourth part is the seventh chapter, proposals. Pointing out our country should adopt the method that government'controlling for the leading, introducing competition for assisting,"the third party"participating in that according to our country'conditions. Finally, it educes the conclusion of the article.
