The Experiment Research Of Qing Re Sheng Ji Cream Anti-ance Function

Objective:To observer the effect of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream on acen and explore its possible mechanisms, so as to provide scientific basis for its clinic uses and development as a new drug .Mehtods:1 The influence of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream on experiment acne keratinous model in rabbit ears The albino rabbits were used. According to Kligma's method, Coal tar was applied daily to the area once a day for 3 weeks, and the control group not. The acne keratinous model were observed by naked eye and pathological histological examination.2 Anti-proliferation of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream bilateral costal regions of golden hamster were take as the animals model. The model were smeared respectively 0.05g of 12%, 6% and 3% Qing Re Sheng Ji cream, twice a day for 30 days and the control group not. Histologic analyses were performed.3. The influence of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream on experiment intracutaneous infection The bilateral abdominal skin were inoculated intracutanenouslly with 0.4 ml suspension of epidermis staphylococcus (109/ ml)in rabbits. Then, 0.1g of 12%, 6% and 3% Qing Re Sheng Ji cream were smeared respectively twice a day for 8 days. Intracutaneous infection were observed by naked eye and measured by rule. 4 The influence of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream on the extent of ear swelling The ear swelling model were by the smear of dimethyl benzene on ear inner surface in mice. 0.1g of 12%, 6% and 3% Qing Re Sheng Ji cream were smeared respectively on ear outside surface once. The extent of were smeared on the skin, once a day for 14days. Skin stimulating extent were observed by naked eye every day. At last, pathological histological examination were performed.6.The eye stimu- lating test l g of 6% Qing Re Sheng Ji cream were smeared in the conjunctival sac, once a day for 14 days. Then, the eye stimulating reaction were observed by naked eye every day.Results:1 The ear acne keratinous model were formed successfully in the rabbits. In the Qing Re Sheng Ji cream treated groups, the ear acne keratinous model were decreased with the comparison of base or normal saline (P<0.05~0.01) 2.The Qing Re Sheng Ji cream can enable the sebaceous patches to become withered, sparse and thin with statistical difference (P<0.05),and dose-dependent relationship. 3 Different con- centration Qing Re Sheng Ji cream can repress obviously and dose- dependently the infective inflammation in rabbit skin Compare with normal saline group and base group, significant difference were showed (P<0.05~0.01) 4 Different dose of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream has normal saline group and base group, significant difference were showed (P<0.05~0.01).5.6% of Qing Re Sheng Ji cream belongs to nonstimulant, according to standard grade, to the skin and eye.Conclusion: Qing Re Sheng Ji cream can repress the acne keratinous model, the proliferation of sebaceous gland and induced inflammation by bacteria or other inflammatory factors. The Qing Re Sheng Ji cream have not stimulant to skin and eye. It is safe and valid medicine for acne treatment.
