Objective: To verify that the Influence of External Application of Qiang Li Kong Shi Xu Gu Tie on Fracture Healing .to explore its callus generation, stump fracture resistance and serum alkaline phosphatase, and the clinical application of the drug to provide scientific basis.Methods: The experimental adoption of healthy male Japanese white rabbits for 60 subjects, ears fate caused by intravenous anesthesia with bilateral radial bone defect 2mm lower segment transverse fracture, after randomly divided into treatment group, drug control group and blank control group. Model on the 7th postoperative treatment group at Qiang Li Kong Shi Xu Gu Tie continued, medication control group Notoginseng vinegar tune scattered bone lesion after the external application, blank control group, only the same size bandages, plasters fixed, the replacement of time with the treatment group . Respectively after 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, 35 days in each group were sacrificed 5 rabbits, the bone fracture resistance testing and histopathological examination. After 14 days, 28 days for serum alkaline phosphatase, all data analyzed by statistical software SPSS13.0 treatment.Results: Level healing histology from observation, by taking the first two weeks of the 10 rabbit radius, the treatment group group,â… level has 8,â…¡grade has two; drug control groupâ… level has 9,â…¡there is one; blank control group,â… class has seven,â…¡grade has three (no significant difference), the first three weeks of the admission of 10 rabbit radius, the treatment group,â…¡class has two ,â…¢grade has eight; and drug control group,â… level there is one,â…¡class has four,â…¢grade has five; blank control groupâ… class has four,â…¡grade has 5,â…¢grade there is one. Admitted the first four weeks of the 10 rabbits in the rabbit radius, the treatment group,â…¡grade has one,â…¢grade has nine, medication control group,â…¡class has four,â…¢grade has six, blank control group has three gradeâ… ,â…¡class has four,â…¢ grade has three. By taking the first five weeks of the 10 rabbits in the rabbit radius, the treatment group,â…¢grade has 10, medication control group,â…¡grade has two,â…¢grade has eight, blank control group there is one gradeâ… only,â…¡class has four,â…¢grade has five. The results showed that: the treatment group and medicine control group disappeared early hematoma, cartilage generate quick, exuberant callus growth, fracture healing callus ends early. Light microscope Level data table data analysis of chi-square test, P = 0.535 ;the second week of no statistical significance; the third week, P = 0.019;significant difference, there is statistical significance. The fourth week, P = 0.027, significant difference, there is statistical significance; fifth week, P = 0.105, difference not significant, there is no statistical significance. The above results show that: In the third model, around the release continued strong bone paste the efficacy was superior to drug control group and blank control group, can speed up the healing of fractures. Fracture resistance of all data by the Levene test, the third week of F = 2.218 P = 0.31; the fourth week, F = 1.141 P = 0.3336; fifth week, F = 0.39 P = 0.681. All the data are homogeneous variance. All data by LSD check, P <0.05, significant difference, there is statistical significance. The above results show that: the treatment group was significantly higher than the efficacy of drug control group and blank control group. That is, controlled release continued strong external application can increase bone paste bone biomechanical strength, and enhance the stability of fracture. All the serum alkaline phosphatase by the Levene test data, the second week of F = 1.270 P = 0.295; the fourth week, F = 1.232 P = 0.311; all the data are homogeneous variance. All data by LSD,the second week, all inter-group comparison p <0.05, significant difference, there is statistical significance. The fourth week, the treatment group and the drug control group, P> 0.05, the difference was not significant, there is no statistical significance. The rest of the group have statistical significance.The results show that the above statistics; treatment group and control group, medication can significantly enhance the concentration of serum alkaline phosphatase, can increase the ALP activity, osteoblast activity to promote and speed up into the calcium salt deposition, there is conducive to fracture healing.Conclusion: The release continued strong bone paste can speed up the hematoma absorption and promote bone formation, increased ALP concentration, increased ALP activity, improve the mechanical stability of fracture fragments. Thus speeding up the healing of fractures.
