| Objective: By observing and evaluating the clinical effect of Yangpi Feier Wan Jiajian in the treatment of anorexia in children with weakness of the spleen and dietary stagnation type,so as to provide clinical reference and new ideas for the treatment of anorexia in children by Chinese medicine.Methods: from January 2019 to December 2019,a total of 64 children who met the relevant diagnostic criteria were collected in the tutor clinic and randomly divided into two groups with 32 persons each.of which 1 in the control group fell off and 1 rejected.The treatment group was treated with Yangpi Feier Wan Jiajian and the control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the symptom score and curative effect and safety evaluation were evaluated.Results: Statistical analysis of gender,age,course of disease and TCM syndrome scores of children between the two groups before treatment showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which could be compared.the total anorexia effective rate of the treatment group and the other group was 84.38% and 76.67%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).the total effective rate in TCM syndrome effect of the treatment group and the other group was 87.50% and 83.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).After treatment,the scores of single TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups in appetite,food consumption,Lazy to speak,abdominal distention,vomiting,and stool,the treatment group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),there was no statistical significance in face color and spirit(P> 0.05).During the treatment,no adverse events occurred in the two groups of children,and the safety was good.Conclusion: Yangpi Feier Wan Jiajian is effective in the treatment of anorexia in children of weakness of the spleen and dietary stagnation type and good security. |
