| Objective:To this subject Guizhishaoyaozhimu Guizhi soup through two different combinations on the role of the treatment of rheumatoid Arthralgia,compare their differences, for use by the parties to provide a preliminary basis.Methods:The reference to 1994,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome(Arthralgia) diagnostic criteria,the collection from February 2008 to February 2009 patients with rheumatoid Arthralgia 80 cases,were randomly divided into a group of 40 patients treated,treatment 2 group of 40 cases.Treatment 1 group Guizhishaoyaozhimu Modified Decoction Guizhi fill the Treatment of liver and kidney; treatment 2 group Guizhishaoyaozhimu Modified Decoction Guizhi drive wind Qushi Tongluo Treatment,30d for 1 course of treatment,between treatments separated by 2～3 days, 2 months after the assessment of treatment efficacy.Result:1,The total effect:the treatment of 16 cases were cured and 1,accounting for 40%;20 cases improved,accounting for 50%;null and void four cases,accounting for 10%;total effective rate of 90%.2 were cured and the treatment of 10 cases,accounting for 25%;16 cases improved,40%;invalid in 14 cases,35%;total effective rate of 65%,treatment 1 and treatment 2 group,P＜0.01,significant differences.2,erythrocyte sedimentation rate, rheumatoid arthritis factor indicators:two cases of self-comparison before and after treatment, P＜0.01,treatment 1 and treatment 2 groups after treatment,P＜0.05,significant difference.Conclusion:1,Guizhi Decoction Guizhishaoyaozhimu liver and kidney in order to fill a significant improvement of clinical symptoms of rheumatoid Arthralgia,low erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid arthritis factor indicators is superior to the effect of drugs plus Qufeng desiccant.2,rheumatoid Arthralgia evidence-based virtual superscript,rheumatism, joint scalar block by the cold,liver and kidney lack of blood-based,so when Qufeng Tongluo desiccant and to liver and kidney tonic.
