Clinical Observation On Baihu Plus Guizhi Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Rheumatic Fever Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Baihu plus guizhi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of rheumatic fever arthralgia syndrome for providing reference and clinical data in the treatment of RA rheumatic fever arthralgia syndrome with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods: A total of 60 patients who were treated in the Department of Rheumatology,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected,and they all met the diagnosis of RA of Rheumatic Fever Arthralgia Syndrome.The 60 pa tients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given methotrexate 10 mg in a week,and meloxicam 7.5 mg twice a day,and the treatment group was treated with Baihu plus Guizhi Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed,and the TCM syndrome,DAS28,CDAI,SDAI,CRP,ESR,RF score were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baihu plus Guizhi decoction combined with western medicine in treating RA of Rheumatic Fever Arthralgia Syndrome.Results:(1)Comparison of DAS28 scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment: The DAS28 scores of both groupwere lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the DAS28 score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the scores of CDAI and SDAI were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(3)The scores of TCM symptoms such as joint pain,swelling,tenderness,fever,morning stiffness and thirst after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The two groups of patients were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in relieving sweating,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference after treatment(P>0.05);(4)After treatment,the levels of CRP,ESR and RF in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(5)In the treatment of disease,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and the control group was worse than the treatment group.(p<0.05).Conclusion: The Baihu plus Guizhi Decoction combined with western medicine to RA rheumatic fever arthralgia syndrome can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve laboratory indicators,reduce disease activity,and significantly improve clinical efficacy.
