Objective:1 .Through the electrophysiologic correlation research, from the clinical point of view to probe the pathogenesis of Cervicogenic headache.2. According to the clinical contrast control research to probe the mechanism and cliniacl effect about the theatment of Cervicogenic headache through the Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation.Methods:1.80 Cervicogenic headache according with bringing standard, determined somatosensory evoked potentialand eranscranial dollper sonography, contrast with 40 healthy adults whom are in the same age group(normal control group) and take the medical examination in the corresponding period .2.These Patients above-mentioned were divided into two group randomly 42 patients( treat group ), treated with the massage of adjusting spine and dredging energy channel), 38 patients ( control group), treated with traction. Contrast the curative effect(including the degree of the pain and mobility of the cervical and so on) and interrelated electrophysiology index, before and after treatment 2 weeks between two groups.Results:1. The SSEP of the two disease groups before treatment have no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.The TCD of the two disease groups compare to normal control group before treatment both have no differences(P < 0.05). The TCD of the two disease groups after 2 weeks , compare to before treatment , with significant difference(P < 0.05), but there is not statistical significance in control group (P > 0.05). The comparison between the two disease groups also have significant difference(P < 0.05). 3. Two group clinical appearance (including the degree of the pain and mobility of the cervical) about comprehensive scores before treatment have no significant difference(P > 0.05). The compare of comprehensive scores within the two group after 2 weeks, both with significant difference(P < 0.05), The comparison of comprehensive scores between the two group after 2 weeks, with significant difference(P < 0.05).4.The total availability rate is 90.5 % in treat group, and in control group76.3 %, which has a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions:1 .The examination of electrophysiology prompts that there is no significant pathological damage to the Cervicogenic headache patients and there is exist a pathological changes of is chemia about VBI in episode of Cervicogenic headache, and show up the corresponding clinical symptoms, explain that the reduce of the Cerebral blood flow may be one of the pathogenesis of it.2.Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation could improve the blood supply of the Vertebral artery, increase the Cerebral blood flow and improve the symptoms and physical signs of the Cervicogenic headache patients.
