Clinical Observation Of Bushen Conditioning Menstrual Cycle With Moxibustion Treat Infertility Due To Luteal Phase Defect

Objective: Application of Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle with the moxibustion treat infertility due to luteal phase defect, to observe the clinical effect of the Act, to explore the mechanism, and to provide a new effective therapy for the treatment of infertility in Chinese medicine.Methods: 40 cases included in the standard case were randomly divided into two groups: one of 20 cases of treatment group in order to transfer Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle with moxibustion; 20 cases of control group in order to transfer Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle. After two courses (three menstrual cycle treatment for a course) were observed before and after treatment of pregnancy, changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,, the basal body temperature and the endocrine situation, after treatment by the statistical methods, generally assessed the efficacy.Results: Treatment group and control group, respectively, the total effective rate was 90.0% and 75.0%, pregnancy rates were 30.0% and 25.0%; the two groups in the overall efficacy, pregnancy, improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and BBT types were not statistically significant differences(p>0.05); but in high-temperature phase score(HPS) and PRL values have significant differences(P<0.05); and in the P value of the blood of improvement has a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: :Bushen conditioning menstrual cycle with moxibustion treat infertility due to luteal phase defect, can improve the endocrine situation; increase the temperature difference between high and low, extend the period of high temperature, enhance stability; improve the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine; and improve the pregnancy rate.
