The Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of CHB And Academic Experience Of Professor Jinshi

Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),based on the experience on Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB) of professor Jin Shi,with the thread of "the discord of the spleen and the liver,dampness-heat accumulated toxin.",this paper explores the etiology,pathogenesis, differentiation and treatment of CHB,discusses the method of Relieving Liver and Reinforcing Spleen,Eliminating Dampness and Heat and the clinical application of "Longchaitang", Combined by experiment,this paper probes the mechanism of "Longchaitang" on CHB with the respect of regulation.There are four parts in this paper.The first part reviews the recognition of the name of CHB in ancient TCM literature.There is no corresponding name of CHB in literature,which is the name in modem medicine.Since it is difficult to name CHB with a single and exact one,the name depends on the course,attacking Zang-Fu organ and clinical manifiestations.The second part deeply discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of CHB.Only exopathogen or internal injury is not enough to reflect the complication of CHB,both together are beneficial to grasp the etiology and pathogenesis of CHB.Although the manifestation of CHB are variable, the basic pathogenesis is still regular.This part elaborates supervisor's recognition of CHB from three aspects.(1)Virus infection is the basic reason of CHB;(2) Relieving Liver and Reinforcing Spleen is the Ben of CHB;(3)Dampness-heat toxin is the Biao of CHB;(3) Relieving Liver and Reinforcing Spleen,Eliminating Dampness -heat-toxin is the key of pathogenesis.Through the epidemiological survey on the treatment of CHB with TCM and differentiation of CHB,the third part puts forward that the syndrome of Liver-Stagnation and Spleen-Deficiency and middle energizer dampness-heat is the major syndrome of active CHB.With the experience on Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB) of professor Jin Shi,put forward that the method of Relieving Liver and Reinforcing Spleen and eliminating Dampness and -heat-toxin is the treatment principle of active CHB.This part explores the experimental foundation of the method of Relieving Liver and Reinforcing Spleen and eliminating Dampness and Heat,probes the meaning of "Longchaitang" prescription and the function of major herbs.Through the summarization of experiments on BXSB mice and ICR mice and includes two proved cases which are the complement to his academic ideas and the status quo of clinic and experiment research which helps to comprehend new trends.To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of "Longchaitang" on Hepatocyte,the forth part explore The mechanisms of the experienced prescription."Longchaitang" can promote cell's growth and anti Hepatocyte Injury.
