Clinical Studies On Morbid Leukorrhea Disease (Type Of Dampness, Heat, Blood Stasis And Toxin) CIN Ⅰ～Ⅱ With The Jia Wei Shu Yang Quan San

Objective: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous lesion of the cervical. To detect and treate precancerous lesions actively is still the key of preventing cervical cancer. Physical and surgical therapy has a certain effect in treatment, which does not adapt to all cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients.Drug therapy need to have a further clinical research.On the base of previous studies, to explore the mechanism of JWSYQS in reversing CIN I～II by observing its clinical efficacy , to provide an effective and harmless agents, particularly in the treatment of HPV infection.Method: A total of 56 women aceording with diagnostie standards of morbid leukorrhea disease (type of dampness,heat,blood stasis and toxin) CIN I～II were randomly divided into 2 groups. One is treatment group (JWSYQS) 30 cases, the other one is control group (BaoFuKangShuang) 26 cases After three courses of treatment, the efficacy of the the two groups are compared.Results: After treatment , the CIN total effective rate of treatment group is 86.7%, and the average effective rate of TCM Syndrome is 56.3%. By Statistics,There is significant adverse to the control group. The HPV negative rate of treatment group is 75%, and cervical erosion total effective rate is 84.0% . By Statistics, There is no significant difference between the two groups. In treatment group, there is CIN I efficiency of 91.7% and HPV negative rate of 87.5%,which has significantly adverse to the treatment of CIN II group. There is no significant difference in TCM syndrome effective rate of different CIN levels . During the process, patients have no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: JWSYQS can enhance Immunity, and significantly improves symptoms of leucorrhea and the whole body; It plays the role of anti-virus, improving the rate of HPV negative; With the anti-inflammatory effects, It can reduce the local inflammatory response of cervix and significantly improve the cervical erosion extent; It also have anti-tumor effect . Because of the above factors, JWSYQS can induce the causes of atypical hyperplasia, prevent disease development, and thus block the occurrence of cervical cancer.
