Clinical Research On Cake-seperated Moxibustion Treating Patients With Uterine Leiomyoma(UL)of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,kunming 650500 Objective Using the cake-seperated moxibustion treatment of UL of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to set up GuiZhi FuLing capsules control group comparison.by observing UL before and after the treatment the changes of TCM symptom integral,Each of the clinical symptoms and signs of points,sizes of uterine leiomyoma,estrogen,progesterone,hemoglobin,biochemical indicators of liver and kidney function,objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cake-seperated moxibustion for treating uterine leiomyoma of kidney and bloods tasis type.Methods According to the inclusion criteria to choose cases,using the random number table method 60 cases of UL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the cake-seperated moxibustion,the control group was using the Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsules.According to the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score on TCM syndrome score,after 3 courses of treatment to observe the efficacy of the data obtained by statistical analysis and make a curative effect evaluation.Results(1)After treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 80%.The control group total effective rate was 63.33%.The total curative effect compared two groups,P<0.05,because of the difference was statistically significant,so the Conclusion is that the total effective rate of treatment group is better than thecontrol group.(2)After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was Statistically significant.In the two groups after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome integral comparative analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results show that both of the two methods of treatment all can both treatments can reduce the total score of TCM syndromes in patients withUL,but the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that the control group.(3)After treatment,each of the clinical symptoms and signs of points in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistlly significant.The comparative analysis in the two groups before and after the treatment with Each of the clinical symptoms and signs of points in the group,P<0.05,the difference has statistically significant.In the two groups after treatment with the each clinical symptom score comparative.Analysis between each groups,the scores of the discomfort of waist and knee,tinnitus,pulse in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)After treatment,the sizes of uterine leiomyoma in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistlly significant.In the two groups after treatment with the sizes of uterine leiomyoma comparative analysis between each groups,P>0.05,the difference has no statistically significance.(5)After treatment,estrogen,progesterone content in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,hemoglobin content was significantly higher than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistlly significant.In the two groups after treatment with hemoglobin content comparative analysis between each groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In the two groups after treatment with estrogen,progesterone content comparative analysis between each groups,P>0.05,the difference has nostatistically significance.ConclusionThis thesis research has shown that the two methods all can improve the clinical symptoms with uterine leiomyoma,but the treatment group total effective rate is superior to the control group.After the treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the TCM syndrome integral,hemoglobin,hemoglobin,discomfort of waist and knee,tinnitus and pulse.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving sizes of uterine leiomyoma,estrogen,progesteronethe menstrual flow,the color and texture of menstruation,menstrual cycle,the number of leucorrhea,abdominalpain,belly bulge,breast pain and the tongue image.The biochemical indicators of liver and kidney function before and after treatment were in the normal range,indicating that the cake-seperated moxibustion treating patients with uterine leiomyoma is an effective and safe treatment.
