The Research Of TCM Syndrome Type And Clinical Manifestations On Elderly Patients With Gout

Object: In this study, analysis of the gout TCM treatment, progress of modern medical research,summarized gout syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine and modern medical treatment of the latest developments. At the same time, through the collection of clinical cases to explore the elderly TCM syndrome in patients with gout and clinical performance characteristics, and further ideas to guide the diagnosis and treatment of the principle of differentiation.Method: Through clinical investigation, a total of 135 cases of cases observed in elderly patients with gout TCM correlation with age,uric acid and acute gouty arthritis.Result: Through the survey found that the incidence of gout in elderly men mainly, and with age, yin deficiency of liver and kidney a growing percentage of type. In this syndrome type, the 60-69-year-old group has 31 cases,70-79-year-old group has 60 cases, and 80-89-year-old group has 44 cases. 80-89 years old group than in the number of 70-79 year-old group declined slightly, may be related to older age, reduced diet, but still in line with the overall upward trend.Secondly, the uric acid of accumulation of damp heat group and acute gouty arthritis incidence was higher than the other three.Conclusion: With age, elderly patients with gout incidence of male-dominated, and most types of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, so in elderly patients with gout in the treatment of liver and kidney tonic should mainly take into account eliminating pathogenic.Secondly, the accumulation of damp heat syndrome uric acid and acute gouty arthritis incidence than the other three groups of high, so in view of hyperuricemia and acute gouty arthritis treatment period should be clearing heat,dissipating dampness and strengthening spleen.
