The Research Of The Relationship Between Primary Diseases And TCM Syndrome Type On Elderly Patients With CHF

Object:Cases in this study by collecting the clinical data,a retrospective analysis of the characteristics of the survey to explore the TCM syndrome type characteristics of elderly patients with CHF,as well as syndrome type relationship between cardiac function and for CHF Pathogenesis of understanding to explore and provide a reference,and to better assist the clinical treatment.Methods:Observation of clinical research through the development of form,370 cases were collected.Depending on the primary disease(including CHD,hypertension,pulmonary heart disease,RHD,dilated cardiomyopathy,SDVHD) and NYHA cardiac function classification type summarized the situation permits,to observe the relationship between syndrome type with primary disease and cardiac function.Results:1.The overall distribution of Etiology and cardiac function:CHD 153 cases,pulmonary heart disease 65,hypertension 54,RHD38,dilated cardiomyopathy34,SDVHD 26;heart function classâ…¡107cases,â…¢147,â…£116.2.TCM syndrome type with primary disease and cardiac function:qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome up to the group of coronary heart disease;in pulmonary heart disease group,qi deficiency of heart and lung and edema syndrome due to yang deficiency for many;hypertension group,the largest proportion of qi and yin deficiency; RHD group,yang deficiency of heart and kidney most extended,a balanced distribution of syndrome type with dilated cardiomyopathy and SDVHD group.3.In CHD group,yang deficiency of heart and kidney is more with myocardial infarction.Condusion:1.For elderly patients with CHF,the most common primary disease are CHD, syndrome type are qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi and yin deficiency,which can show that qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis are most prominent pathological change 2.CHD in the most qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome shows that it is the most important pathological changes in heart failure caused by CHD.Pulmonary heart disease the most common syndrome type are qi deficiency of heart and lung and Phlegm and fluid resistance lung.In hypertension group,qi and yin deficiency has more proportion.In RHD group,yang deficiency of heart and kidney is more.Dilated cardiomyopathy and SDVHD group have a balance distribution.3.The change from Cardiac functionâ…¡toâ…¢shows:the pathogenesis characteristic of qi yin deficiency and blood stasis changes from yin to yang,caused the pathological characteristic with yang deficiency and phlegm late.4.Qi deficiency and blood stasis is basic pathological changes of CHD with myocardial infarction or not.With the cardiomyocyte apoptosis,yang deficiency of heart is the character different from the patients without it.
