| Objective:This study through the review of related literature of anti cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion,discuss the understanding of the disease etiology and pathogenesis and therapeutic principle of the disease treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.By observing the clinical curative effect of tonifying kidney and promoting uterine vessels herbs combined aspirin enteric-coated tablets treating anti cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,discovering a safe and effective new method for the treatment of this disease.Methods:50 cases of Ultrasound confirmed pregnancy anti cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion patients from Jan 2015 to July 2016 of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine the first Department of Gynecology,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each group.Treatment group were treated with tonifying kidney and promoting uterine vessels herbs combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,the control group only using aspirin enteric-coated tablet.The treatment started since confirmed pregnancy,until 12 weeks of pregnancy.After treatment observes two groups of patients on TCM symptom score,ACA negative conversion rate,early abortion rate,follow-up pregnancy outcomes,evaluate TCM symptom curative effect.Results:After treatment,two groups of patients' TCM symptom score compared with before treatment were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),patients in the treatment group TCM symptom score improved significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).ACA negative conversion rate,early abortion rate and follow-up pregnancy outcome of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM symptom curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and promoting uterine vessels herbs combined aspirin enteric-coated tablets can effectively improve the kidney deficiency and blood stagnation symptoms,improve patients ACA negative conversion rate,lower the early abortion rate and higher the follow-up pregnancy outcome of anti cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,it has a very good TCM symptoms curative effect,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,it is a safe and effective treatment method for anti cardiolipin antibody positive recurrent spontaneous abortion,worthy of clinical promoting and application. |
