Hollow Screw For Femoral Neck Fracture

Object:In order to provide a theoretical basis for selecting the operation timing of femoral neck fracture and a better guide of clinical practice,we assess the clinical efficacy about hollow screw for femoral neck fracture and probe into the difference about healing of fractures and hip function at different operation timing.Method:Based on Jiangsu hospital of TCM,we retrospectively analyze fifty-one cases with femoral neck fracture from 2006 to 2008,who were divided into two groups according to different operation timing.Twenty-three patients were divided in emergency treatment group,Twenty-eight patients were treatd after one week.Compar-ing and analyzing the samplings'sex,age,Garden classification,postoperative compli-cations, fracture healing and hip joint function.Result:The fracture healing of emergency surgery group and choosy-day surgery group when compared at the early stage(postop 3^rd),P=0.038＜0.05,it's significant obviously;when compared at early stage(postop 6^rd),P=0.61＞0.05,no significance.t-here is significant between two groups when compare hip joint function by Harris score on of postop 3^rd and 6^thmonth(P＜0.05),but no significance on of postop 12^rd (P＞0.05).Conclusion:many patients with femoral neck fracture are the elderly,often associated with orther diseases,the hip joint function of emergency groups'patients are better than choosy-day surgery group at postop 3^rd and 6^rd but there is no different at psotp 12^rd.The fracture healing is compared between emrgency sugery group and c-hoosy -day surgery group,the emergency group is better at at at postop 3^rd,but no di-Fference at at postop 6^rd.These indicates that emergency operation is more conducive to the early fracture healing and restore hip joint function as soon as possible,but no e -ffective on the last fracture healing.
