Clinical Efficacy Of Spreading Hedyotis Herb Cream On Acne Vulgaris

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Spreading HedyotisHerb Cream on Acne vulgaris and experimental study.Methods: 160 patients with Acne vulgaris were divided into two groupsrandomly, Spreading Hedyotis Herb Cream group(A) with 40 cases,Clindamycin plus Metronidazole Cream group(B),to compare theirefficacies. To assay Seborrhea Rate(SER) by Sebum weight direct assaymethod. To study the bacteriostasis of Wart Spreading Hedyotis Herb forP.acnes in vitro.Results: 1. After intervention, all were improved in two groups. Theeffective rate was 88.8% in A group, 76.3% in B group. It was better in Athan B with significantly difference (P<0.05).2. Spreading Hedyotis Herb Cream could repress sebum secrection and P.acnes better, The MIC is 12.5%g/ml in PH7.Conclusions: Spreading Hedyotis Herb Cream was effective on Acnevulgaris and could repress sebum secrection and P.acnes better.
