The Establishment And Evaluation Of Renal Yin Deficiency And Depression Model And The Effects Of You Lv Kang Ye On The Model Rats

Objective:Compared the three kinds of renal yin deficiency and depression model,establish a better renal yin deficiency and depression model,then bservate the effects of You Lv Kang on the model rats.Methods:All the experiment divided into two stage,the first stage: accoding to the resultof open-field test and fluid consumption test,fifty rats were divided into five groups:normal group,depression group, febrile dryness group,thyroxine group and irritate group.All model rats were exposed to CUMS,menwhile,febrile dryness group rats were given febrile dryness herb,thyroxine group rats were given thyroxine and irritate group rats were exposed to slow irritation.Body weight,daily water intake,open-field test,fluid consumption were investigated during the whole procedure,and the concentration of cAMP and cGMP in plasma,and the concentration of E₂,T in serum were also investigated. compared the three groups,chose a better renal yin deficiency and depression model.Then,the second stage:rats were exposed to chronici stress depression and given thyroxine by gastrogavage,obsertive the effects of You Lv Kang Ye on the model rats.Results:The first stage:Rats in thyroxine group showed increseased daily water intake.All model groups rats was abserved descreased body weight;reduced squares crossed,and rears and grooming and an increased central time stopped in open—field test;a significant reduction of consumption,and preference for sucrose solutions and an increased pure water consumption;the increased of the concentration of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in plasma was observered in renal yin deficiency and deprssion model groups,the thyroxine group and irritate group rats also have an increased on the concentration of E₂,E₂/T in serum.The second stage:You Lv Kang Ye can improve the model rats behavior,increase the preference for fluid consumption and the concentration of 5-HT in hypothalamus,descresed the concentration of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in plasma.Conclusion:To compared the three renal yin deficiency depression models,found given thyroxine by gastrogavage +CUMS is the best animal model.You Lv Kang Ye can improve the model rats behavior,the effects of You Lv Kang on renal yin deficiency deprssion Modede srats maybe relevant to the decrease of the concentration of cAMP and cAMP /cGMP in plasma,and the increased the concentration of 5-HT in hypothalamus.
