The Effects On The Function Of The Neuroendocrine Of Renal Yin Deficiency And Depression Model Rats Of You Lv Kang

Objective:To observe the effects on disorder function of the neuroendo-crine of the Renal Yin Deficiency and Depression model rats of You Lv Kang, from which we can probe into the mechanism of restoring the Re-nal Yin Deficiency and resisting depressing of You Lv Kang.Methods:All the rats except the normal group were exposed to chronic unpredicted mild stress(CUMS)and lived alone, at the same time,giving them excess thyroxine, so we can establish the renal yin deficiency and depression model. Detect the concentration of cAMP,cGMP CORT and ACTH in the plasma, observe the tectology of the hypothalamus, Amm-on’s horn, kidney, adrenal gland, sweat gland in the foot-plate of all the rats under the light microscope.Results:After the 14th day of the experiment, most of the model rats were fractious, and their body weight diminuted, movement diminished, hair were wet and matt, dejecta were dryness. And from that on, there exit distinct difference of the results of open-field and fluid consuming test between the normal group and model group, the daily water intake increased, and there was a significant increase at the 21th day, as well as the proportion of cAMP and cGMP,CORT,ACTH in the plasma. You Lv Kang can improve the model rats’behavior, increase the preference in fluid consumption, decreased the daily water intake,the concentration of the CORT, ACTH, cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in plasma. It also increas-ed the number of nerve cell in the CA3 of the Ammon’s horn, improved the array and damnification of the granular cell layer; accred the proport-ion of the nucleolus and cytoplasm of the cells in the hypothalamus and adrenal gland, improved their exudation; eliminated the inflammation of the interstitial substance of the kidney, and the pathological changes of glomerulus and renal tubules; reduced the incidence rate of vacuolated cells and the scale of canal of the sweat gland.Conclusions:The You Lv Kang can improve the behavior of Renal Yin Deficiency and depression model rats, maybe relevant to its control on the hyperfunction of the neuroendocrine, and the accommodation on the cAMP/cGMP in the plasma, the tectology of the kidney and sweat gland in the foot-plate,...
