The Clinical Observation Of Shu Feng Xuan Fei Tang On Treating Cough Variant Asthina

Objective:The clinical medical effect of Shu feng xuan fei tang was studied on cough variant asthina by observation of the changes of cough and the situation of lung function before and after having medicine.Method:60 patients with Cough variant asthina were distributed into two groups—the treated group and the control group evenly and randomly.The former were given Shu feng xuan fei tangi for 14 days.The latter were given Shu fu mei for 14 days.The effect of treatment was decided ty the detection digit.The syptom,the times of cough and the lung function were detected.Results:Clinical study showed:(1)The total efficient rate of Shu feng xuan fei tang is 86.67%,and very close to that of western medicine(p＞0.05).(2) Shu feng xuan fei tang can decline integral of Chinese medicine syptom markedly through observing the changes after treatment.(3)Shu feng xuan fei tang can evidently improve the lung function. Conclusion:Shu feng xuan fei tang can cure cough variant asthina,and the effect is sure.It can improve patient's FEV1.The effect is equal to the control group.
