Ulcerative rectitis is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease,mainly involving the rectum.The main symptoms of this disease are diarrhea,abdominal pain left lower abdomen,bloody stool with septic and mucus,and accompanied by tenesmus.A small number of patients have symptoms of constipation.Rectal lesions,mainly in the mucosa,expressed as inflammation or ulceration.This disease have a certain degree of self-limiting,but the majority of the course is longer or automatically continued progress,or about the turn of recurrence and remission,but the overall trend is continuing.The purpose of this paper is to observe the retention enema with Sophorae mixture for treatment of ulcerative rectitis in clinical efficacy.A case-control study to Xileisan for the control group,Sophorae mixture for the treatment group.40 cases will be diagnosed with "Chronic ulcerative rectitis",according to treatment sequence in patients randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases),the control group(20 cases).They will be observed before and after treatment of Erythrocyte and Leukocyte in feces testing,colonscopy,pathology,and symptoms and other indicators of change.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group 75.00%.Comparing the two groups by the x~2 test,p<0.05.Observation period,two groups had no obvious symptoms of adverse reactions.Results show that,retention enema for ulcerative rectitis in clinical efficacy, Sophorae mixture than Xileisan;and it is an effective method of treatment ulcerative rectitis.
