Clinical Observation Of Pingchuan Ⅰ Treat 35 Bronchial Asthma Sufferers And The Effect On ET-1

Object:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine(PingChuanâ… ) on bronchial asthma sufferers,and the changes of endothelin-1 before and after the treatment,in order to evaluate the clinical curative effect of PingChuanâ… .Method:We adopt the research method that is stochastical;check against;single and blind forward-looking method.To esplore the influence that PingChuanâ… to Bronchial asthma sufferers.We got 68 cases total,35 cases were treated with PingChuanâ… and the other 33 cases were given Guilong Kechuanning.After two weeks' treatment we observed the change of physiological functions,lung function,and ET-1 of the two groups before and after cure.Reasults:1The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.Comparing the rate of significant control,the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).2 Comparing the improvement of single symptom,the treatment group was better than the control group in shortness of breath and the wheeze(P＜0.05).3 The FEV₁,FVC and PEF we mesured of the two groups after the treatment were both better than before(P＜0.01).4 ET-1 of the two groups were marked reduced compared with their own before the treatment.Conclusion:PingChuanâ… is an safe and effective Chinese herbal medicine to treat the Bronchial asthma sufferers.It can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and the lung function and Lower serum concentration of ET-1。...
