Clinical Study On The Effect Of QingGan Decoction In Treating Premenstrual Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of QingGan Decoction (QGD) in treating premenstrual syndrome and to explore its mechanism. Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(30 cases,treated with QGD)and the control group(30 cases,treated with DanZhiXiaoYao Bolus).Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical sign,the scale scores of Daily Record of Severity of Problems(DRSP),the development of endocrine and vegetative nervous system were observed. Results: The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The scale scores of Daily Record of Severity of Problems(DRSP) between the groups were significant(P<0.05) after treatment.The levels of E2,P,PRL,CA,A after treatment were significant too. Conclusion: QGD has favourable curative effeet with liver depression of PMS hot type, it can effeetively wipe out such premenstrual syndrome as premenstrual depression, chest uneasy, upset insomnia, headaches and other symptoms of dizziness, correct and improve the endocrine disorder autonomic function role ,it is an effective recipe in treating of the liver depression and premenstrual syndrome-type of hot.
