This research aim to observe the clinical curative effect of treating irritable and clinical aspects.Method48 cases with Infection of the upper respiratory tract are divided into two groups and random. jing-fang-bai-du-san is given treatment group, and at the same time Tainuo is given control group.ResultsThe totally effective rate of treatment group come to 91.67%, While that of control group is 90. 91%, and there is not a signficant difference between the treament goup and control group (P<0. 05).ConclusionJing-fang-bai-du-san is a safe and effctive drug of treating Infection of the upper respiratory tract, and the mechanism might be ralated to Allay a fever easing pain, relieve a cough making expectoration easy Prevent from allergy etc.
