ObjectiveChronic hepatitis B is higher in our country the incidence of a disease,stage treatment of chronic hepatitis B as an effective means of TCM treatment is playing a role that can not be ignored.Tongue observation are important traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diseases,methods and means of theoretical system of Chinese medicine are very unique component of the syndrome differentiation are the indispensable objective basis.Tongue diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B in clinical practice has an important status,are indispensable for effective diagnosis of syndrome differentiation must ways.Therefore explore the tongue with chronic hepatitis B disease,prognosis and differentiation agents have received a lot of emphasis on academics.Differentiation of clinical liver disease complex and varied symptoms,and Tongue change must have laws to follow,and therefore the study tongue of differentiation and treatment of liver disease has a high value.In this study,through observation of tongue,tongue in chronic hepatitis B in the law,research tongue in chronic hepatitis B application.MethodsChinese medicine hospitals select Liver Disease Center of Hubei Province from April 2008 to December 2008 patients with chronic hepatitis B in 120 cases.Collected into the group of patients with chronic hepatitis B clinical evidence-based,tongue,tongue, laboratory test results(including liver function,liver B-type ultrasonic inspection) and so on,observing and analyzing 120 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with tongue thickness and the distribution of thickness of tongue fur with the severity of the relationship between the thickness of tongue fur and TCM Syndrome-type relationship between the distribution of the tongue, tongue with the relationship between severity and the tongue and B-tips echo the relationship between the liver parenchyma.Results120 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B 5.8%less moss, sheet moss 23.3%,slightly thick moss 36.7%,32.5%thick moss,a very thick coating of 1.8%.Carex less mild conditions were 42.8%, 42.8%moderate and severe were 14.3%;thin moss mild illness were 35.7%,46.4%moderate and severe were 17.9%;slightly thick moss mild illness were 29.5%,moderate 52.3%,18.2%were severe;thick moss in mild illness were 28.2%,20.5%moderate and severe were 51.3%;very thick moss in 0 cases of illness were mild,moderate 0 cases,severe were 100.0%(P＜0.05).Liver depression and spleen were less moss 14.3%,liver kidney-yin deficiency were 85.7%, damp-heat in the resistance for 0;thin moss deficiency were 26.9% stagnation of liver,liver kidney-yin deficiency were 57.7%, damp-heat in the resistance were 15.4%;slightly thick Carex deficiency were 29.5%liver depression,liver kidney-yin deficiency were 40.9%,damp-heat in the resistance were 29.5%; thick moss Liver depression and spleen were 30.8%,kidney-yin deficiency and liver were 25.6%,damp-heat in the resistance were 43.6%;very thick Carex Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency for 0,kidney-yin deficiency and liver were 0,damp-heat in the resistance for 100%(P＜0.05).120 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B 8.3%pale tongue,red tongue 31.2%,30.5%dark tongue, 30%purple-red tongue.Short tongue were 63.6%with mild,moderate 27.3%,9.1%were severe;red tongue were 26.8%with mild,moderate 42.9%,30.3%were severe;dark tongue were 18.5%with mild,moderate 46.3%,35.2%were severe;jiangshouju mild tongue for 0,43.6% moderate and severe were 58.8%(P＜0.05).Tongue short hepatic parenchymal echo 1 90.9%2 9.1%3 for 0;red tongue hepatic parenchymal echo 1 96.6%2 3.4%,3 to 0;dark tongue hepatic parenchymal echo a 86.1%,2 11.1%3 2.8%;purple-red tongue hepatic parenchymal echo a 33.4%,56.5%class 2,3 11.1%(P＜0.05).ConclusionsChronic hepatitis B in a little thick moss and thick moss found; different thickness of the tongue condition that mix are different (P＜0.05),evidence of liver kidney-yin deficiency less at a greater proportion of moss,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency at the proportion of thin moss greater heat resistance of thick card in a larger proportion of Carex(P＜0.05);patients with chronic hepatitis B short tongue rare,mostly red and dark purple-red tongue tongue;condition light mainly see short tongue,his condition in degrees from red and dark purple-red tongue tongue more,for a small number of short tongue,severe tongue mainly see purple-red(P＜0.05);short tongue and red tongue to hepatic parenchymal echo a mainly dark tongue to hepatic parenchymal echo 1 class-based, purple-red tongue with hepatic parenchymal echo 2 mainly,and hepatic parenchymal echo the main three are purple-red tongue,the tongue can be seen reflected in the different hepatic parenchymal echo are different(P＜0.05).
