Objective: Through study the correlation between the dynamic changes of tongue likeand prognosis of patients with the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and Gallbladder ofChronic Severe Hepatitis to judge the function and significance of the dynamic changes oftongue like in judging the prognosis of patients with the syndrome of Damp-heat in theliver and Gallbladder of Chronic Severe Hepatitis. Methods: Through observed80patients diagnosed with the syndrome of Damp-heatin the liver and Gallbladder of Chronic Severe Hepatitis in Jinan Municipal InfectiousDisease Hospital from May2011to November2012.According to clinical outcome, thepatients were divided into better group and death group, According to the patient’s tonguelike conditions and symptoms and signs score points, record the patient’s tongue andsymptoms and signs as integral, at the same time record the patient’s total cholesterol, cholinesterase, prealbumin, prothrombin time activity and total bilirubin. Inspecting theirage, courses of disease, tongue as integral, symptoms and signs integral, total cholesterol, cholinesterase, prealbumin, prothrombin time activity and total bilirubin.Taking thepossible related risk factors as the independent variable,Taking the improve prognosis anddeath prognosis as dependent variable,to make Logistic regression analysis. Results: Improved group and death group comparison, relationship between the ageof patients with the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and Gallbladder of Chronic SevereHepatitis and rognosis is not obvious(P>0.05);the longer courses of disease, the highermortality; The higher tongue as integral, symptoms and signs integral,TBIL,the highermortality,The higher PA,PTA,sTC,the lower mortality, There was statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.01).According to the Logistic regression analysis,Thereis some correlation between tongue as integral, symptoms and signs integral,PA,PTA,TBILwith survival outcome. Conclusions: The dynamic changes of tongue like and symptoms, signs of patientand correlative biochemical indexes are equally important, can be used to evaluate theprognosis of patients with chronic severe hepatitis.
