Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristic of deeply infiltrating endometriosis(DIE) and its diagnosis and therapy.Methods:The clinical information of 10 patients with DIE were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of these 10 women,4 had dysmenorrhea and of who 2 had pain with sexual intercourse,3 had recurrent lower abdominal pain,2 had dyschesia;Gynecological trimanual examination reveals that almost all patients with poor uterine activity,in 6 patients,a scleroid nodule could be touched in posterior fornix;4 cases of patients with uterosacral ligament thickening;CA125 values of 7cases were higher than the normal reference range;all the patients received surgical treatment,laparoscopic surgery to take in 7 cases and the other 3 routined by abdominal surgery;10 cases were performed deep endometriosis lesion ectomyConclusion:Clinical symptoms of patients with DIE are not specific.When patients have dysmenorrhea,sexual intercourse pain,bowel discomfort and chronic pelvic pain and other typical clinical symptoms,the gynecological examination reveals that poor uterine activity,tender nodules posterior uterine or posterior fornix,uterosacral ligament thickening,it may be DIE,。Operative laparoscopy is a safe and effective method to treat DIE and resection of lesions is the key.
