The Value Of Uterosacral Ligaments With Tenderness In The Diagnosis Of Endometriosis

Objectives:To discuss and analyze the value of gynecological physical about uterosacral ligaments with tenderness in the diagnosis of endometriosis.Methods:Total 160 patients with pelvic mass,myoma of uterus or female infertility who need laparoscopic surgery from Jun.2016 to Mar.2017 in the Department of Gynecology in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.Gynecological physical about uterosacral ligaments with tenderness was performed before surgery and divided into two groups and more detailed groups depending on the laparoscopic.The correlation with diagnose of endometriosis were analyzed.Results:The significance of uterosacral ligaments with tenderness:Area Under the Curve,Youden~?s Index,Positive likelihood ratio,Negative likelihood ratio,Odds ratio of each group were:endometriosis group(0.829,0.656,5.555,0.234,23.739),endometriosis phase?(0.796,0.736,6.111,0.140,43.650),ovarian endometriosis combine deep infiltrating endometriosis(0.848,0.761,6.285,0.111,56.622),infertility combine endometriosis(0.783,0.591,4.160,0.273,15.238).Conclusion:In the experimental study,the value of uterosacral ligaments with tenderness in the diagnosis of endometriosis was medium,especially endometriosis phase?and ovarian endometriosis combine deep infiltrating endometriosis.the same as infertility combine endometriosis.
