Pulp Flap Pedicled Small Hernia Repair Ventrolateral Clinical Preliminary Study

Objective:To observe the course and efficacy of the surgical technique of repairing abdominal external hernia by Pedicle skin flap intestinal muscle flap, for providing the generalization of this surgical technique with rationale and practical foundation.Method:Liberate hernial sac at superior position,and oblate hernial sac at dero-hernial sac.cut a piece of Pedicle skin flap intestine about 10 centimeter,which is positioned into abdominal cavity after two broken ends of fractured bone are anastomosised.Split the anastonosised bone at the opposite side of mesenterium.Pedicle skin flap intestinal muscle flap is done after intestinal membrane mucosa is scraped.Two patients with oblique inguinal hernia and one patient with coelo-incisional hernia were repaired using such intestinal muscle flap.Result:All of the three operations were completed successfully within 60 to 90 mins.no postoperative complication including bowel obstruction which was determined by conventional abdomen x-ray 1 week after operation occurred during hospitalization 10 to 14 days.A 6 to 18 months follow-up visit showed that quality of life of the total three patients were Well,without the presence of recurrence and complication,supporting the effectiveness of these operations.Conclusion:(1) The surgical technique that repair abdominal external hernia by Pedicle skin flap intestinal muscle flap is non-tonia efficiently,without the presence of postoperative complication showed by follow-up study.(2) This surgical technique deserves generalization,without multiplicity,great lesion,and postoperative rejection.(3) The belt peduncle small intestine thick liquid myo- petal retained the full blood supply system and the innervation,has the permanent vitality and the elasticity,is outside one kind of repair abdomen hernia new,does not have the row differently,biological activity has to repair the material from the body organization.
