Effect Of Yangganhexue Formula On Serum Sex Hormones And INHb In First Aging Female Rat

Objection: By observering effect of Yangganhexue formula on sex hormones and INHb in the blood serum and observe the change of index of ovary and uterus in first female rat, we disscuss mechanism of action of Yangganhexue formula which could prevent and cure perimenopausal syndrome. This research may offer a evidence of theory and practice about preventing and treating perimenopausal syndrome .Method: Checked by observating the cell of vagina,30 Wistar female rats of 10-11 month age were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group,Yangganhexue formula group, Liuweidihuangtang as positive control group. Beside, took 10 wistar females rats of 4 months to be the normal control group. After all the groups were intragastric administrated for fifteen days, get the blood sample from abdominal artery. then test the level of serum sex hormones by radio-immunity method and test the level of INHb by ELISA;Then rats were sacrificed and determined. The ovaries and uterus were buried by paraffins and treated by HE to observering their change of morphosis.Result: Compared with young control group, model group increased the level of FSH and LH and decreased the level of E2 and INHb(P<0.05); Compared with model group and Liuweidihuagtang group, Yangganhexue formula can effectively increased the level of INHb and E2 and decreased the level of FSH and LH(P<0.05), which can increase uterus-index and ovary-index and improve morphosis uterus and ovary.Conclusion: The result show that Yangganhexue formula could adjust sex hormone level in blood. Which could increase the lever of E2 and INHb,therefore serves the purpose of adjusting gonad axis of the first aging female rat and delaying senility of rat ovary. Compared with Liuweidihuang group, the effect of Yangganhexue formula is obviously much better. So theory is proved that the liver shoud be cured in the early stage of perimenopausal.
