Objective:By observing effect of Yangganhexue formula on the female rat serum sex hormones in early boss, uterus index, ovarian index and activin A (ACTa), and to explore the initial stage of menopause, Yangganhexue formula on the peri-menopausal period syndrome prevention and control mechanism of micro-indicator for the clinical treatment of menopause syndrome, to provide a new theoretical and experimental basis.Methods:Observation of vaginal cytology selection of qualified rat model, the natural aging of the 10-11 months of age showed estrous cycle, vaginal cytology disorder, extended estrous cycle, female wistar rats as the first boss mice were randomly divided into model control group, Liu Wei Di Huang Tang control group, Yangganhexue formula groups of 10; Choosing the 4-month-old wistar female rats for 10 young control group. Administered according to body weight per day, by gavage,15 days after the blood from the abdominal aorta, using radioimmunoassay (RIA) of serum sex hormone estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) levels, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of serum activin A (ACTa) levels, and then the rats were decapitated, take out the uterus, ovaries weighed to calculate the indices of uterine and ovarian index, and then the uterus, ovaries fixed, paraffin-embedded, HE staining, optical microscope observation of structural changes in their organizational form.Results:compared with young control group, model group, serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), serum activin A (ACTa) were significantly elevated, serum estradiol (E2) levels decrease, there are statistically significant (P<0.05), further confirms the success of modeling; with the model control group, Liu Wei Di Huang Tang control group, Yangganhexue compound formula can increase the beginning of the old female wistar rat serum sex hormone estradiol (E2) content, reduce serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and activin A (ACTa) levels, can increase the beginning of the old female wistar rat uterus index and ovarian index was statistically significant (P<0.05); optical microscope observations indicate that the compound can be improved Yangganhexue beginning of the old female wistar rat uterine and ovarian morphology of the organization.Conclusion:Yangganhexue of the role of multi-target compound can be the beginning of the old female wistar rats in the reproductive endocrine system, can improve the beginning of the old female wistar rats endocrine environment, reduce serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and activation Su-A (ACTa) levels, improve the beginning of the old female wistar rat serum sex hormone estradiol (E2) levels, so as to achieve the beginning of the old female wistar rats regulate gonadal axis, the purpose of delaying ovarian function so as to verify that perimenopausal Treating the initial stage, from the feasibility of the liver, thus providing experimental evidence.
