Objection: My work is what invigorating the kidney compound recipe effect on sex hormones and INHb in the blood serum and observe the change of hormones index of ovary and uterus during menopause. Method: Checked by observating the cell of vagina, 50 Wistar female rats of 11-12 month ages were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group, tonifying kidney formula group, control group, high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and liuweidihuangtang as positive control. After all the groups were intragastric administrated for 2 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and determined the level of sex hormones and INHb, observing the contribution from the agents. Result: tonifying kidney formula agents can effectively increased the level of INHb and decreased the level of FSH, contrasting with control (p＜0.05), which can increase uterus-index and ovary-index. Conclusion: Tonifying kidney formula agents improved the ovary function of the premature ovarian failure(POF) and facilitied the production and execration of the ovary and in the same time inhibit the the production and execration of the ovary and increased the level of organ-index, concluding the mechanism of anti-aging.
