Abstract:[Objective]To know the relation between trace element fluorine and iodine in resident potable water.[Methods]The water was collected as samples by Random-key Sampling,which was detected and analyzed the relation of fluorine and iodine.[Results]222 water samples were collected from 4 kinds of regions.There is a positive correlation in the well water content of fluorine and iodine for Yellow River irrigation area,Central dry region and loess plateau hilly land(r is respectively 0.43,0.38 and 0.65; P<0.05).There is no significant correlation in the well water content for Liupan mountain(r=0.16,P>0.05),and in the oven water content for Central dry region(r=-0.05,P>0.05).[Conclusions]In Ningxia,some regions being "low fluorine and low iodine","low fluorine and high iodine" and "high fluorine and high iodine",but not found "high fluorine and low iodine"region.
