PurposeThe subject is to evaluate the curative effect of Yiqi Huatan recipe to asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi of recurrent respiratory tract infection.To explore the clinical significance of expectorant in this disease completely.MethodsThis clinical research takes the random test method.In this study,80 cases in line with the standard diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group 40 cases.Treatment group were given Yiqi Huatan recipe,the control group were given Yupingfeng recipe.We observe the two groups before and after treatment in children with the symptoms,signs and the frequency of recurrence,course of disease,such as the difference between.ResultIn 80 cases of children,The treatment group RRTI 40 cases,17 cases are markedly effective,15 cases are effective,8 cases are invalid,and the total efficiency is 80%.The control group cases RRTI 40 cases,11 cases are markedly effective,10 cases are effective,19 cases are invalid,and the total efficiency is 52.5%.Comparing the two groups were significantly different (P＜0.05).And in face poor,loss of appetite,coarse breath sounds, expectoration,the comparison of before and after treatment(p＜0.05),these are significant differences.Conclusion1.Yiqi Huatan recipe to the treatment of asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi holding phlegm Syndromes RRTI have the exact effect.And to improve hyperhidrosis,loss of appetite,stool,the face poor,expectoration,obesity, coarse breath sounds,greasy fur on tongue,slippery pulse or symptoms such as fingerprints hysteresis.2.Evil sputum exists asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi of recurrent respiratory tract infection effects of Lag phase in children at the same time.And evil sputum is the impact of the recurrent and persistent disease refractory an important factor.3.Expectorant complete extension in the meaning transfer RRTI is worth studying in the further.
