Speciality:Internal Medicine of TCMName of postgraduate:Guo JiaoName of tutor:Ou Ai HuaObjectives:Using evidence-based medicine and epidemiological methods to explore the common TCM Syndromes and epidemiological characteristics of possible factors of essential hypertension, then preliminary establish the statistical model of TCM diagnosis of hypertension. The results will give a rich modern Chinese medicine of Hypertension and give the theory of differentiation for clinical treatment. Methods:The use of forward-looking methods of epidemiological survey, using self-made questionnaire,I select the patients in line with the standard of choice in hypertensive patients(including hospital, community and medical center),gather general information in patients with life behavior, family and combined disease, four diagnostic methods, differentiation sub-type and laboratory indicators, establish a database using SPSS13.0,use descriptive analysis method to compute TCM syndromes hypertension and frequency of syndromes of the four diagnostic indicators, use gradually Logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis methods to analyze the common clinical TCM syndrome of hypertension and syndromes of the four diagnostic indicators. Results:This study investigated a total of 908 cases of patients,a total of 775 cases of eligible cases into my research,of which 476 cases of hospital patients(including outpatient and inpatient cases of two parts),178 cases of community-based cases,121 cases of medical center patients.Top five card-type of 775 cases of hypertensive patients in the TCM Syndrome-type are Phlegm resistance network(21%),Qi-deficiency and blood stasis(20%),Qi-Yin Deficiency(10%),liver-yang Kang(9%),liver kidney-yin deficiency(9%),the top five card-type together accounts for 69.0%.The four diagnostic indicators of Phlegm resistance network are:looking bleak, shortness of breath, pulse a few strings slip. The four diagnostic indicators of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis are:fatigue, heart palpitations, chest pain, short tongue, the tongue dark red, white greasy moss. The four diagnostic indicators of Qi-Yin Deficiency are:dry mouth, limb and leg soft, less moss. The four diagnostic indicators of liver-yang Kang are:irritability, red and mamillata pulse string. The four diagnostic indicators of liver kidney-yin deficiency are: fatigue, pain, lumbar acid, the number of nights frequent, less moss. The related factors of Phlegm resistance network are:high-density lipoprotein and glucose. The related factors of Qi-Yin Deficiency are:age. The related factors of Liver kidney-yin deficiency are:triglycerides.Qi-deficiency and blood stasis and hyperactivity evidence there was no statistically significant evidence of related factors. Conclusions:The main TCM Syndrome of Hypertension are:Phlegm resistance network, Qi-deficiency and blood stasis, both Qi and Yin deficiency, hyperactivity type, liver kidney-yin deficiency, which together accounts for five card-type 69.0% of all cases.Syndrome with age, sex, bad behavior of life, body mass index, and genetic factors, environmental factors, educational level, blood lipid and blood sugar, etc, there are certain risk factors related to each other.
