The Research Of The Regular Rule Of TCM Syndrome Of Premature Ovarian Failure, The Social Demographic Characteristics And Correlative Factors

Background:Premature ovarian failure is a disease related to the ovarian hypo-function caused by various factors.Because of the complexity of pathogeny,most cases have no cause to be found,and that have brought much difficulty to the treatment of the disease.The occurrence of premature ovarian failure has the trend of rejuvenation and more high incidence rate at present,but because of the deficiency of the health education on premature ovarian failure by now in China, most women know little of the disease,so most patients do not pay much attention to the disease and go for medical service in time when the disease is at initial stage with prodromal symptoms,that will increase the therapy difficulty of the disease for delayed treatment.Because of the ovarian premature hypo-function,the patients' bodies are in a low estrogen level or lack of estrogen longer than normal women,and they are more easier to get cardiovascular disease,osteoporosis these related diseases,this will seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.Currently,hormone replacement therapy(HRT) is the primarily treatment of the disease.It is effective to relief part of the symptoms which is caused by estrogen deficiency,such as hectic fever,sweating,colpoxerosis et.But HRT also has potential risks,such as increasing the incidence of breast cancer, cholecystitis,colorectal Carcinoma,intravenous thrombus embolism et.TCM is rich in clinical experience for the treatment of this disease.Premature ovarian failure is a disease with a long course,affected by many factors and also has individual differences.Patients in different age stages or with different social and cultural background have different clinical manifestations.TCM syndrome has there basic characteristics,that is specificity,phase and dynamic evolutionary.Discussing the TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure can not only unify the syndrome of premature ovarian failure but also provide theory to clinical practice and scientific research.Objective:To understand the regular rule of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure,the social demographic characteristics and correlative factors.Method:Use the method of convenience sampling to select outpatients from Guangdong province hospital of TCM with premature ovarian failure those meet the inclusion criteria to make Cross-Section survey.Through statistic analyst to understand the regular rule of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure, the social demographic characteristics and correlative factors.Result:1.The characteristics of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure.We investigate 30 women with premature ovarian failure,collecting the symptoms,making statistical analysis,and combining with the experts' consultation.The results show that the main kind of the TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure is "deficiency of the kidney,deficiency of yin, liver depression and spleen deficiency".It suggests that the basic pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is the deficiency of kidney and the imbalance between yin and yang,which resulting in the imbalance of the other organs,such as the heart,spleen and liver,especially the pathological changes of liver depression,leading to complicated clinical manifestations,but rarely related to the lung.2.The social demographic characteristics and correlative factors of premature ovarian failure.We study the general information,menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnancy, delivery and correlative factors of 30 patients with premature ovarian failure, summarizing the primary regularities,which not only have similar aspects with previous literature,but also extend the available material and provide data for further scientific research.Conclusion:The main kind of the TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure is "deficiency of the kidney,deficiency of yin,liver depression and spleen deficiency".We should carry on the health education according to the social demographic characteristics and correlative factors of premature ovarian failure.So that we can provide efficient medical treatment for the sufferers to improve their quality of life.
