ObjectiveTo explore the regular rule of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure and the correlation factors. To provide experimental evidence for TCM treatment of premature ovarian failure.MethodsUse of evidence-based medicine and literature research, screening the factors of premature ovarian failure and symptoms of the general status of women, etc, basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the important factors of diagnostic differentiation to draw up the questionnaire; Survey the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for premature ovarian failure in gynecology clinic of Guangdong Province Hospital Of TCM; explore the regular rule of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure and the correlation factors.Results1 The regular rule of TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failureThe TCM syndromes of premature ovarian failure including the four syndromes " deficiency of the kidney, asthenia of qi and blood, liver qi stagnation, deficiency of yin", the largest proportion of that is deficiency of the kidney, a total of 32 cases, accounting for 34.0%, followed by the asthenia of qi and blood, accounting for 26.6%, followed by Liver qi stagnation and deficiency of yin, accounting for 20.2% and 19.1%.2 Age and its Correlation with the syndromeIn the 94 cases, the youngest at 21, the oldest at 39, mean age is 33.59; the age between 21 and 25, a total of 11 patients, the age between 26 and 30, a total of 14 people, the age between 31 and 35, section of 19 people, the age between 36 and 39, section of 50. With age, the number of patients increased, the age between 36 and 39 for the high incidence of premature ovarian failure. The syndromes in the age distribution is no significant difference (P> 0.05).3 The education and its correlation with the syndromeIn the 94 cases, there are 12 patients in junior high school education or below, accounting for 12.8%; there are 25 cases in high school or secondary school, accounting for 26.6%; there are 57 cases in college or above, accounting for 60.6%. The patients college degree or above accounted for more than half. The syndromes of premature ovarian failure in the education distribution is significant difference (P<0.05). Education is negatively correlated with deficiency of the kidney and positively correlated with liver qi stagnation.4 The relationship of the pregnancies and the syndromeSyndromes and pregnancies was significantly (P<0.05), with the increase in pregnancies, premature ovarian failure patients showed more deficiency of the kidney, and deficiency of yin is relatively less.5 The relationship of FSH and the syndromeThe four syndrome types and FSH values are significantly different (P <0.05), deficiency of the kidney> deficiency of yin> asthenia of qi nd blood>liver qi stagnation; FSH levels were positively associated with kidney deficiency syndrome.ConclusionsPremature ovarian failure syndromes are " deficiency of the kidney, asthenia of qi and blood, liver qi stagnation, deficiency of yin ", deficiency of the kidney is the mainly syndrome; premature ovarian failure patients of natural factors such as education, pregnancy and laboratory indicators of FSH level and premature ovarian failure syndromes have some relevance. With the increase in pregnancies, premature ovarian failure patients showed more deficiency of the kidney, and deficiency of yin is relatively less. FSH levels and kidney deficiency syndrome, education level and liver qi stagnation syndrome is positively correlated. Age, course, place of residence, frequency of abortion, the patient's marital status, genetic history, incentives, E2 level with premature ovarian failure syndromes no significant correlation.
