The Mechanism Study On Child Anorexia Treatment By Jianpizengshikeli

This paper discusses the understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)to child anorexia,the study of child anorexia by TCM,the treatment to child anorexia by jianpizengshikeli,and probes into the detail of the foundation on"jianpizengshikeli"of powder and medicine.Moreover,it indicates that the primary treatment of child anorexia is Yunpi,with"attempering the spleen and stomach,and assisting the movement and transform".Based on this principle,we carried out the clinical study on the therapies of child anorexia by"Jianpizengshikeli"which is an original Guangdong herbal medicine(the ingredient includes:dujiaojing,taizisheng, buzaye,hulucha,chenpi,sanza,zhishi,jineijing,sharen).Objective:This paper is about the clinical study which uses Jianpizengshikeli as the therapy to child anorexia.With latest technical index,we observed the affect on orexinA,triglyceride,cholesterol level, and researched the curative effect of Jianpizengshikeli.At the same time, we hope our study can attribute to the base theory of the treatment to child anorexia by TCM.Method:Experimental study:we divided 48 Weanling rats of three groups. Treatment group was dosed with"Jianpizengshikeli",the other with"Jianweixiaoshipian"and the blank group feeds normally raises.Each session has four weeks.We studied the orexin,triglyceride and cholesterol level,as well as its positive effect on food and weight.On the base of randomization and equality and comparison,We divided 60 case studies of child anorexia by 1:1 rate into observational group(30 cases) and comparison group(30 cases).The observational group was dosed with"Jianpizengshikeli",the other with"Jianweixiaoshipian".Each session has four weeks.We studied the change of orexin triglyceride and cholesterol level,as well as its positive effect on clinical symptom of child anorexia, such as orexis,appetite,complexion,belching and abdominal distention,night sweating,spontaneous sweating,temper,nausea and vomit,stool and so on. We researched the curing effect by studying the change of stature,weigh,chest circumference and verveak index of the patients who was doesed with"Jianpizengshikeli".Result:on the adoption of Experimental study,weight growth is greater than the control group and blank group.The results show that the Jianpizengshikeli have shown remarkable results of increase in body weight in rats.Through clinical research,generally comparing the integrate effect of"Jianpizengshikeli"group the"Jianweixiaoshipian"group we had gotten following results:the general curative effective rate of"Jianpizengshikeli"group is up to 93.3%,accordingly the symptom curative rate is 90%.By comparison,the compisitive curative effective rate and symptom curative rate of"Jiaopixiaoshipian"group is 83.3%and 76.7%respectively. And the integrate curative effective of"Jianpizengshikeli"group is better than that of"Jianweixiaoshipian"group.By comparing two groups on orexis, appetite,complexion,belching and abdominal distention,night sweating, spontaneous sweating,temper,nausea and vomit,stool and so on,the treatment group had improved the symptom remarkedly as the comparison group. Furthermore,the result that the level of orexin,triglyceride and cholesterol are rising.Conclusion:By clinic observation study the treatment to child anorexia by Yunpi method and group powder,we can make the following conclusions:1.Jianpizengshikeli has a notabile curative effect in the treating child anorexia,at the same time,it can improve the clinic symptom of anorectic children.It has been provn that Yunpi method has a great effective in curing child anorexia.2.Orexin is the great factors of regulating orexia which secretes by Brain-gut. It has the central regulatory role in improving the appetite and increasing food intake.Jianpizengshikeli can raise the level of Orexin,improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels and thereby increasing food intake.It is one of functionary mechanism to treat anorexia by"Jianpizengshikeli".3.The conclusion indicates the mechanism of child anorexia,how it happens and develops,and makes contribution to foundation of the theory of child anorexia. 4."Jianpizengshikeli"has obvious LingNan characteristics,and a relatively light taste.Because of its treatment affect against child anorexia,it is a great significance to populize it.
