The Clinical Effect Research And Influence And Meanings To TNF-a Of The Ersan Soup To AECOPD

Objective:The aim of the study was the clinical effect research and influence and meanings to TNF-a of the ersan soup to AECOPD according to the obstruction of lung by Phlegm.Methods:60 patients with mild or moderate AECOPD according to the retention of obstruction of lung by Phlegm syndrome in TCM were selected from the outpatient clinic,Patient were randomly assigned to the treating group(group T)or to the control group(group C)on a single-blind basis.Group C was treated only by routine westem medicine and group T was treated by Ersan soup combination with routine westem medicine for 14days.Comparing the clinical syndrome,TNF-a blood gas analysis of the patients with mild or moderate COPD in acute exacerbation condition according to the obstruction of Lung by Phlegm syndrome in TCM.Result:As to syndrome curative effect,the effective rate was 93.33%,but group C was 80%.They have signifficent difference(P＜0.05),which suggests that the overall effect on the group T better than group C.Comparing to the two groups to achieve the corresponding effect of time,the group T was faster than the group C to achieve an effective clinical constral standard of the average amount of the time means that the group T in improving the clinical symptoms should be faster than the group C. Main syndrome has improved significantly in group T which has signiffixant difference compared with group C.(p＜0.05).As for the result of blood gas analysis,group T and group C could both improve the Po2 and reduce the Pco2.And there was no signifficant different in group T compared with group C(p＜0.01)about anoxia and carbon dioxide retention.However,the third day,group Twas better than group C on improving the Po2 and reduce the Pco2.There was significant difference in two guoup;Showing that the group T has certain advantages in improving Po2 and Pco2. According to TNF-a,there was significant difference in two group(p＜0.05),suggests that it has significant advantages in lower TNF-a.Cnoclusions:The management of clear away disperse phlegm combination with routine westem medicine reduced syndrome,improved anoxia and carbon dioxide retension and debased the level of TNF-a relative to group C(only by routine westem medicine) in clinical trails on patients with AECOPD by phlegm syndrome in TCM.
