The Observation Of Bushen Zhuanggu Traditional Chinese Drugs' Curative Effect In Preventing And Treating Osteoporosis Of Circum-prosth

ObjectivesBy observing and comparing curative effect of Bushen Zhuanggu traditi onal Chinese drugs and conventional medicine(activity Vit-D)in preventing and treating osteoporosis of circum-prosth,to confirm that traditional ch inese drugs have sure curative effect,and are better than the conventiona l medicine.And the research can provide theory evidence for clinical medi cation.Methods62 cases in service were divided into two groups,the traditional chin ese drug-treat group which has 32 cases was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu traditional chinese drug,a dose of 300ml p.d.to drink,while the western m edicine-matched group which has 30 cases was treated with the activity Vi t-D(1,25-(OH)₂D₃)Tablets,0.25ug,Bid,Both course of medical treatments are two months.According to some related articles and books,we designed the q uestionnaire and asked the patients to fill it in before and after treatm ent,and collect measure value of bone mineral density and examination res ult of bone metabolism index in before and after treatment.When the inves tigation is over,we make records about every questionnaireand,result meas ure value of bone mineral density and examination result of bone metaboli sm index,put the data into computer.Finally,we deal with the data by SPSS 13.0 and draw the conclusion.Results62 cases which were internalized investigation were treated for 2 mon ths and followed up well.Bushen Zhuanggu traditional chinese drug can obv iously improve compl symptoms of patient with osteoporosison of circum-pr osth,increase bone mineral density,promote bone-formation,inhibit osteocl asia,thus amendment the quality of bone,and have sure therapeutic effect. Bushen Zhuanggu traditional chinese drug is more outstrip than activity V it-D(1,25-(OH)₂D₃)in some aspects:improving debilitation,spasm of muscle,chilly,dizzy,nycturia,increase bone mineral density,promote bone-formati on(p＜0.05),but not outstrip in these aspects:relieve osteoporosis-pain an d inhibit osteoclasia(p＞0.05),It is maybe ralated with mechanism ofosteop orosis-pain,mechanism of osteoclasia and short of observation-time.In the treatment group,(0%)0cases were cured,(6.25%)2cases had significanteffec t,(84.38%)27cases were effective,(9.36%)3cases had no effect,generaleffec t rate was90.63%;and in the matched controlled group,(0%)Ocaseswere cure d,(6.67%)2cases had significant effect,(53.33%)16cases were effective,(40 %)12cases had no effect,general effect rate was60%,Twe groupsdonot have c linical recovery and lower significant effect,which were because the pati ents were elderly,serious condition,longer course of disease andso on,Bu t effect rate and general effect rate of the treatment group are outstrip to the matched controlled group.Analyzed by Ridit Test,p＜0.05,to have sta tistical significance,which indicates that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is surpass the matched controlled group,and12 cases had o n effect in matched controlled group,ineffective rate is toexpress40%,whi ch is obviously outstrip with the treatment group.ConclusionBoth Bushen Zhuanggu traditional Chinese drug and conventional medici ne(activity Vit-D)are able to improve clinical symptom of osteoporosisono f circum-prosth and amendment quality of bone,and Bushen Zhuanggu traditi onal Chinese drug is surpass to activity Vit-D in these aspects:improving spasm of muscle,hypodynamia,nocturia,dizzy,chilly,increaing bone miner al density,promotion bone formation,general therapeutic effect,which demo nstrated that traditional Chinese medicine and drug is predominance in sy ndrome differentiation and treatment and hol-regulation to human body.Tra ditional Chinese drug that have reliability therapeutic effect,fewadverse reaction,low price conduct and actions a kind of therapy method,which cou id improve quality of life,reduce economical burden of patient,and posses s social effects and economic returns,So it is recommened to popularizeit ts application.
