The Clinical Research Of Treating Bi-syndrom With Nearby Or Remote Bee Needle Therapy

Apitherapy attains the effect of curing disease by means of stimulating the meridian and point via bee venom and bee sting.Take the bee sting as a needle,and it has the function of acupuncture therapy.The apitherapy stimulates the meridian and point.It activates the meridian,promotes the Wei-qi,disperses the circulation of the Ying-qi,smoothes the flow of qi and blood,dredges the the meridian,discharges the pathogenic factors,so as to smooth the meridians and activates the collaterals and generates the therapeutic effect of smoothness without pain.More and more diseases are treated by apitherapy in clinical application nowadays.Apitherapy is widely used clinically.The therapeutic effect is obvious,especially on Bi-syndrome. With the guidance of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine,the bee stings the points of human and attains the purpose of regulating the function of viscera and curing diseases.As for Bi-syndrome, swollen and pain are always the main complains of the patients.Detumescence and analgesia play an important role in treating Bi-syndrome.On applying apitherapy to the a-shi point to treat Bi-syndrome,the key step,which has the main function,is puncturing this point and causing arrival of qi at the affected area.It is the magic weapon of regulating human' s qi and blood.ObjectiveThis subject is about clinical observation of applying apitherapy to ashi point or remote point to treat Bi-syndrome.Treat Bi-syndrome with live bee sting on ashi point or point on the remote site.Observe the effect of the two groups, compare these two methods of point selection and find out which method has better effect on Bi-syndrome.This research has practical significance on point selection of treating Bi-syndrome with apitherapy.And this is beneficial to its widely used clinically. Method65 patients with Bi-syndrome were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to their admission time.(1)Asbi point group,35 cases,treated with apitherapy.(2)Remote point selected group,30 cases.The point selected: (1)The ashi point group selected the tenderness point which is called "ashi point".(2)The remote point selected group selected the points of corresponding meridian.Punctured with the live bee,the bee sting punctured into the point,left for 15min,one bee for the first time and then increased the bees according to the patient' s adaptation.The largest number of bees is 15.Genrally we punctured with 2-10 bees each time,three times a week,a month as one course of treatment.The data was processed statistically with SPSS10.0 soft ware.ResultThe result showed that the therapeutic effect of the ashi point group was better than the remote point selected group.The total effect rate was 97.15%,which was significantly higher than that in the remote point selected group(P<0.05). This suggested that ashi point with bee sting had the function of analgesic and anti-inflammation on treating Bi-syndrome.The changes of the following indexes of patients suffered from Bi-syndrome was observed before and after treated with apitherapy on ashi point and remote selected point:number of painful arthritis,pain index of arthritis,tenderness index of arthritis, swollen degree,time of morning stiffness,function index of arthritis and the whole body.The symptom and sign of both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Judging from the correlation between the course and the therapeutic effect,the shorter the course of the ashi point group is, the better the therapeutic effect will be.During the process of applying apitherapy,many adverse reaction emerged,such as itch,flush,swollen.There were not so many general symptoms,such as fever,head,dizziness and urticaria.ConclusionThe point selection of apitherapy is similar to that of acupuncture therapy. Both of them place great emphasize on induction.There is obvious tenderness point on the patients suffered from Bi-syndrome.Tenderness point refers to the sensitive and painful site when the surface of the body is pressed or pinched.This is the ashi point we select clinically.The purpose of this treatment is to lessen or eliminate the pain after apitherapy.Ashi point is good for curing pain with apitherapy.It is necessary to apply ashi point to the patient with Bi-syndrome.It can not only attain the purpose of analgesia and detumescence,but also provide some regulation for the whole body.An objective and comprehensive clinical evaluation was formed through this research on the therapeutic effect of treating Bi-syndrome with apitherapy on ashi point and remote point.It helps to better understand the influence caused by treating Bi-syndrome with apitherapy on the ashi point.There is certain significance on detailed understanding of the therapeutic effect on Bi-syndrome and the exploration of apitherapy.
