In this study,Guangdong Province,through the analysis of 21 prefecture-level cities and counties over and above clinical Chinese medicine hospital staff status and clinical impact of the Guangdong Provincial factor talent,to understand distribution situation of clinical professional staff academic structure,academic structure,age structure and in each hospital in different area in Guangdong Province,to do a good job on the supplement in Chinese medicine medical practitioner,to put forward some suggestion on the training work of linical personnel in Chinese medicine.In this study,literature research,social surveys,SPSS statistical analysis to study an integrated approach。Through the literature search,read and analyzed the literature data,Understanding of the cause of Chinese medicine in the development of Guangdong Province,Clinical personnel to market demand, and the impact of clinical talent of a variety of factors。Through social investigation into the Guangdong Province,more than 21 city and county level and above,Chinese medicine hospital detailed clinical data,Guangdong Province for the analysis of TCM clinical staff present the actual situation of the basis of good data;Through the SPSS statistical software for social survey data for statistical analysis,Understand the current state of Guangdong Province over the county hospital of Chinese medicine clinical professional disciplines staff structure,educational structure,age structure,sex structure,and in all areas,at all levels of the distribution of hospital。The results of this study show that The last three years in Guangdong Province for more than 21 city and county level and above the number of Chinese medicine hospital clinical and technical staff in the health share of the state have seen an increase in a row by the end of 2007,there are 5355 people。Guangdong Province of TCM clinical staff in different cities due to geographical location, economic status,history and long-term investment and other reasons,there is imbalance in geographical distribution,structure and other issues are not reasonable。Health situation of Guangdong,the theory of Chinese medicine development in Guangdong,such as found in three areas of clinical professionals in Guangdong Province there are a lot of market demand.Guangdong Province,the impact of clinical factors in the development of qualified personnel policy of the main factors,economic factors and cultural factors。In this study,clinical Guangdong talent for the balance of the recommendations above the county level in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine hospital clinical staff geographical distribution,in accordance with market demand for Chinese medicine schools in training the mechanism of Chinese medicine to improve the education system and teachers and continue to encourage Chinese medicine hospital culture conditions useful to retain the clinical staff.There is some regional disparity between the status of TCM clinical staff and the goal of realization powerful Guangdong province in Chinese medicine.we need strengthen the clinical personnel's team of Chinese medicine further, and improve the whole quality of the clinical personnel of Chinese medicine.
