Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Clinical Pathway Management In A City-Level Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital In Zhejiang Province

The clinical path is one of the focuses for government to standardize diagnosis and treatment behaviors,as well as comprehensive reform of public hospitals.The uses of clinical pathway is a trend under the current medical and health systems in China,which is of great significance for hospitals to improve their competitiveness and adapt to the social development situation.At present,there is still a big gap between the implementation of clinical pathway of gross-roots units and the national requirements.Therefore,this study analyzed the status of clinical pathway management in a city-level hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang province,summarize the effectiveness of clinical pathway management in the hospital and explore the existing problems,and proposed some perfect countermeasures and suggestions for major problems,thus to further improve the management mode and bring the clinical pathway into full effect for promoting the quality and efficiency of medical care.Through the practice in a hospital,then the experience can be further spread and supplied in whole province and industry,which can improve the level of clinical pathway management.This paper can be divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and route,the content and innovation points and etc.The second part is the research on the theoretical basis of clinical pathway management,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on the current situation of clinical pathway management in a city-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in zhejiang province.The third part elaborates the practical basis of clinical pathway management in a city-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in zhejiang province.The hospital has established the clinical pathway management organization system,since 2010,the work has been carried out step by step in three stages.The fourth part comprehensively and intuitively reflects the current situation of clinical pathway management in a city-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in zhejiang province through descriptive analysis,comparative analysis,patient satisfaction survey and expert interview.The fifth part summarizes the effect of clinical pathway management in a city-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in zhejiang province and finds out the existing problems in clinical pathway management.The sixth part is to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on problems and reasons from two aspects of policy and system.The innovations of this paper could be summarized into three points.It is the first time to carry out a research on clinical pathway management of a city-level Chinese medicine hospital in Zhejiang Province and explore a clinical pathway management mode with localization characteristics,which will effectively improve the clinical pathway management level of city-level Chinese medicine hospital.In addition,comprehensive and systematic scientific research on the aspects of hospital clinical pathway management,management effect,patient satisfaction survey and expert interviews provide a certain reference for establishing an assessment model of clinical pathway management.Besides,this study has analyses on implementation effect of clinical pathway both in Chinese medicine and Western medicine diseases,as well as surgical diseases and non-surgical diseases,which is the characteristic of this study and is not available in other studies.
