Investigation On The Suzhou "Health Insurance-sunlight Fitness Card" Cardholders' Health Investment

Health is the base of human development, a symbol of social progress and national prosperity. At present, all-people body-building movement and health care reform is the two main line to promote the health of the whole society. In the human capital theory, the healthy capital is foundation of other form human capital.But many expositions on the healthy capital are more concerned about health care issues at the expense of sports fitness research; in health economics ,to study the healthy capital is based on the theme of health care; at sports economics, mostly from the consumption point of the relationship between market supply and demand , lack of investment analysis of consumer sports fitness economic benefits. Suzhou established all-people body-building activity center in 2003, at its venues to promote the use of the sunlight fitness card. in 2005, the Suzhou municipal government document stipulated that the remaining sum of the staff available medical insurance individual account applies for the sunshine fitness card. Nearly 7000 people had applied for the sunlight fitness card with the health insurance individual balance of account after three years. Regarding the related research on the sunlight fitness card, specially regarding the related research on sports fitness investment and the consuming behavior of the cardholders is also very deficient so far.From the human capital foundation- -healthy capital , to unify the Suzhou"the health insurance - sunlight fitness card"cardholders'sports fitness investment, to use the questionnaire survey procedure, the literature material law, the interview law, the scene method of inspection, the mathematical method of average, the theory analytic method and so on, to use the economic, the healthy economic, the sports economic, the sports sociology, the consumption psychology, the consumer behavior study, the investment study, the sports management science, the human capital and so on, the research analyses the cardholders'behavior question of carrying on the sports fitness investment. On the base of the widespread collection material and the thorough investigation, the research discusses the exterior social conditions to the cardholders'fitness investment, the subjective reason of the cardholders'health investment( the sports fitness investment values and the motive) and their sports fitness investment behavior, and from the sports fitness investment and economic efficiency, thoroughly proves the positive sense to the cardholders carrying on the sports fitness investment and to management decision and fundamental research.The findings indicated: (1) the Suzhou all-people body-building activity center's fixed-point facilities basically are in the business districts and the facilities nearby the urban community are fewer, the management project and the modes of business operation are unitary , the servic is basic satisfied , but the high fees have affected the cardholder to the sports fitness service demands. (2) The majority of the cardholders are pleased with the reform on the city-staffs system of medical care insurances adviced by the Suzhou municipal government, the yangers below the age of 35 are the major among the cardholders. (3) the cardholders have the higher health investment consciousness and the certain understandings to the health investment's income,they favor the sports fitness method to promote their health,but the sports behaviors are influenced by their habits. (4) The factors affecting the cardholder's sports fitness expends have the individual interests, the project attraction, the place atmosphere, the age, the income level , the price and so on..In view of the question such as high fixed-point facility's charge, the income disbursement structure of staffs who apply for the sunlight fitness card with the health insurance balance of account by 35 year-old following young people primarily,,the study explores solution countermeasures and proposes that the speed of the investment and the construction of the community sports should be faster than before.The study suggests that the government should enlarge the sports fitness participant and facility policy support dynamics, cooperation and the exchange between government departments should be strengthened, enterprise's management level should be raised, the health investment fundamental research and the propaganda should be strengthened .The study also suggests that the health investment view should be set up to solve the question.
