| ObjectsUsing MRI scoring system of the brain maturation,this research try to compare the difference of brain mature situation between the preterm infants and term neonates at tem equivalent age;To evaluate underlying connecting between total maturation scores in magenetic nuclear I maging and neurodevelopmental prognosis.To Early understand the level of neurological development and provide objective evidence of prognostic value in premature infants.MethodsThis study'experimental team gather twenty-five premature infants who was born in our hospital at 2007 to 2008,including 12 premature infants with brain injury(brain damage in premature combined group);13 cases of non-brain injuries(no brain damage in premature group) and collect the same period were born in our hospital 15 cases of normal full-term infants as a control group(full-term group);At the 40 weeks corrected gestatational age,the conventional MRI in brain and the NBNA were required to all neonates,then comparing their results;Following-up to 3 month corrected age,GESSEL mental development test was putting up to all people,then compare normal and abnormal development of the TMS group differences in scores.Results(1)Premature with cerebral injury group and the non-brain injury group,full-term group at 40 weeks corrected gestational age,the scores of NBNA is respectively 33.24±6.8,36.14±4.6,38.72±2.9,there are Significant Statistical difference between three groups and inter-guroups(p<0.05);(2)Premature with cerebral injury group and the non-brain injury group,full-term group at 3 months corrected gestational age,the total developmental quantity is respectively 78.12±5.6,85.44±4.3,91.33±6.4,there are significant statistical difference between three groups(p<0.05);But there are no significant statistical difference between the non-brain injury group and full-term group;(3)There are high relevance between the maturity of the brain development of TMS scores and NBNA scores at 40 weeks corrected gestational age(r=0.78.p<0.05);(4)The TMS scores at 40 weeks corrected gestational age of Normal neurological development group and abnormal group is respectively 17.8±5.5,13.6±4.5,there are Significant Statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05);(5)The TMS scores at 40 weeks corrected gestational age of Normal neurological development group and abnormal group is respectively 17.8±5.5,13.6±4.5,there are Significant Statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05);Conclusion At 40 weeks corrected gestational age,the premature infant brain development have bad maturity than full-term infants,and conventional MRI of the TMS score can objectively reflect the brain development;its relationship with NBNA have strong correlation and low TMS scores can be regarded as a prediction of adverse neurodevelopmental prognosis in 3 months corrected age. |
