With the development of Internet Technique,it has being made significant affection on people's life.According to the report-NO.23 statistic report of Internet development in China,there are 0.298 billion internet users and 0.1137 billion mobile phone internet users up to the end of 2008 year.The internet is used wildly on four aspects:Job-hunting, shopping,music-listening and video-watching.However,Internet is a double-edged sword.It makes people easy get information,communicate with each other and also bring in a new kind of mental disease-Internet Dependence that leads to adapting disorder,relationship disorder and so on. Internet Dependence means a mental behavior disorder that excessive use of Internet causes character damage,relationship damage and social function damage for individuals.College student is one of the main groups of Internet users.It is reported that Internet-Dependent college students were damaged in life,schoolwork and psychology in newspapers.There are three degrees in Internet-Dependent college students assessed by Young's internet addiction questionnaires.The percentage of students whose scores' between 40~60 is 29.3,between 60~80 is 10.3,between 80~100 is 4.1 based on Liang Wang's investigation.It is really an important problem that how to help so many Internet-Dependent college students for psychologists. The paper is to explore the effective mode and technique of group psychotherapy in college students with internet-dependent.8595 college students were sampled randomly from fifteen institutes at the Jiangsu University,and were assessed with Young's internet addiction questionnaires(YIDQ).160 students whose scores of YIDQ were over 40 were sampled randomly from the above samples.These students were divided into the trial group(80) and the control group(80) randomly. Solution-focused continuous group counseling was applied as the intervention of trial group.Trial group was received two-day group psychotherapy(20hours) then once per week next 4 weeks.At last the students were assessed again with YIDQ and behavior questionnaire after 3 months.There is a significant difference between pre- and postintervention in trial group(t=1.68,P<0.05),and between trial group and control group(t=1.68,P<0.05 ).Solution-Focused Continuous group counseling is a effective mode and technique for internet-dependent college students.
