| Determinate hypothalamus contents of PGE-2 and AVP, plasma of IL-1βlevels.Reveal that central febrile medium antipyretic media content change in rats is caused by different physical.Method:Refer to the documents about method of manufacturing an animal model and improved farming methods in the pre-experiment created rat model of normal constitution,cold body and hot body.60 male Wistar rats,weighing 200～220g,uses improved farming methods feeding and measured the rectal temperature after six weeks. Fixed daily time measured the rectal temperature for 3 consecutive days.Normal constitution group's temperature is average±0.2℃, cold body and hot body' temperature is average±1℃.Temperature difference between the two groups is more than 2℃.It proves model making successful.Attack the rats with LPS to make the rats fever.Result:Different physical rats attacked with LPS have different fluctuations in temperature.The cold body group sensitive to drug attacks and have large temperature fluctuations.But the response is lagging behind.Heat and regular group have small fluctuations in body temperature.At one hour IL-1βand PGE-2 content consistent with the AT curve.IL-1β,PGE-2 content comparison between the different physicals,there are a significant difference(p＜0.05).At 3 hour the regular physical group IL-1β,PGE-2 content is greater than the cold body(p＜0.01),the hot body group(p＜0.05).At 6 hour IL-1βcontent in the cold group less than the heat group(p＜0.05),PGE-2 the cold body group content is less than the regular body group (p＜0.01).AVP compare with the body temperature changes in the reverse curve.At 3 hour AVP content in the regular group is less than heat group(p＜0.05).Heat body group content is less than the cold body group(p＜0.01).At 6 hour AVP the heat group content is less than the cold group(p＜0.05)Conclusion:Distinction of central heating materials and antipyretic materials between the different physical when fever infection because of physical differences.
